I have had several un-impressive experiences w / Portsmouth Chevy. 1. I have taken my vehcile to them on several occasions for repairs, been charged hundreds of dollars only to find out from another location and or mechanic that the replacement parts I was charged for in fact had not been replaced or repaired. 2. Today 11/12/08 I had an appointment with service department for a low tire pressure indicator. I explained that this is a reoccuring problem - possiblly its a sensor... I left my vehicle and was asked to pick it up at noon. When I returned at noon NOTHING could have prepared me for what I encountered. Right there dead center of the customer waiting area 3 Chevy represenative were fighting - using profanity - threating statements oh and did I mention terminating "Davids 8 years w / Chevy" in front of all customer to see and hear.in case I forgot to mention service told me no nails or issues with my tire so they added some are and reset the sensor-The service tech brings me my bill-hold on your not going to believe it $28.95 for air... Air in my tires!!! I was less than please after having to hear an employee be disrespected, demoralized. I imformed Chevy under NO circustance will I pay $28.95 for AIR!!! I found my trip to Chevy to be stress full, intimidating, unsafe, unprofessional. I will under no circumstance will I return to a chevy dealership/service department.
