Non issue of bill payment receipt made on line

I'm having cellone link (post paid) having no. 9441248420. For your past many weeks i've been paying bills online (vas).

Nevertheless, going back 8 weeks after the transaction is thru', the machine isn't generating bill and putting a mistake - " wrong input chain...".

Same task happended after i settled our home statement also last month. I believe there's some bug in the body. Pls check it up and repair it
