I bought a car in June (I know I should have done something sooner) and was happy to place a cash down payment at the time. When I first began to speak with the sales agent, and I can provide his name if needed, I told him I did not want to finance for more than 60 months. I made it very clear to him.
An hour or so later, the finance man quickly presented his contract to me while barraging me with all kinds of talking points. When I examined the sales contract in detail a few days later, nothing "stuck out."
However, when I received my payment book a few weeks later, I noticed that instead of 60 payments, it had 72 payments ($5,608.32 more than I agreed to pay). I was outraged and disgusted, to say the least. However, I realize that there's probably nothing I can do at this late stage, but I do want Dionne Sanders and all of his crooked pals to be exposed for what they are - lying chiselers!!
