In July 08, I signed a contract with Cosmos Auto Inc. To transfer my car from Houston to San Francisco.in contract it says their carriers have insurance. My car was given to Town & Country Transport. They damaged my car, I sent them an estimate from reputable dealer. I found out that T&C do not have any insurance and driver who damaged the car is supposed to pay. It has been about 3 months and I have not been paid. Cosmos Auto Inc. Is saying once they receive their deposit they are not responsible for any thing.
