My partner and that I flew BA from Heathrow to Ma on September 2nd 08. On arrival at Ma among our bags wasn't about the carousel. It was documented to BA team in the airport and after being requested to hold back for roughly one hour in order for them to examine when the baggage continued the airplane we were informed it'd and had certainly been unloaded at our location.
