Bill cooks sold me a lemon, i tired to return this 2005 touareg months after buying and they wouldnt take it back it was in the shop over 7 times for the headlight going out. They couldn't figure out what was going on with the light. I reported them to the lemon law department in michigan and they couldn't do anything because of miles on car. Well volkswagen is a cute look on the outside but when it comes to the making of the car it's crap. They higher techs that don't have a clue on how to work on these cars and when you take in to be serviced you get screwed around.
Well my headlight is out again not to mention they claim to last over 10 years on the headlight well mine has been replaced over 5 times and now its burning fuses and my car is smoking and i'm over the miles so it's my problem. Well it was their problem that they never resolved bottom line and now they want to push it off on me. Well they're going to see how easy. I'm not going to pursue them for this lemon they sold me.
Okay here comes the big one when i push on my gas to go my truck takes off so slow its scary and if i press the gas hard it knocks like a mack truck is behind me and just hit me. I took it in to serviced and they said oh we can't find anything wrong with the transmission but you need to buy a new one. Yes i said a new transmission on a 2005 truck thats lifetime fluid no changing needed and you don't no whats wrong with the one in it. They sound crazy!

Don't buy from bill cooks suburban volkswagen or volkswagen unless you're prepared to double up your money on repairs and still have a car note. Oh and i contacted volkswagen and she (ann) said sure your transmission is out we have $2500 to help you on this 2005 truck that our company made and no we want fix anything else either take this or leave it is what ann said to me. Our decision is corp. And thats final.
I cried and told her that i couldn't afford to come up with that type of money and she said thats our final offer.
