AutoSave - Charter Warranty - Dell Financial
Autosave - Charter Warranty - Dell Financial Andrew lied about communications and refused to honor our claim!

AutoSave-Charter Warranty should not be allowed to continue doing business anywhere! They have not only refused to honor our claim but they have done the exact same thing to others in the recent past. Why they have not been shut down is a complete mystery to us. They have absolutely no intention of operating in an honorable way and will continue to disallow the legitimate claims of their trusting customers unless something is done to stop them. This customer has already filed complaints with the Michigan Attorney General and the city attorney of Farmington Hills and would strongly encourage others to do the same. We will be seeing Charter Warranty in court in the near future as we have contacted a legal firm in Michigan and they are preparing a court case based upon the completely fraudulant manner in which Charter Warranty has dealt with our claim. Named in this lawsuit is "Andrew", employee of Charter who claimed falsely that he spoke to us and the certified auto repair shop that serviced our vehicle, claiming that he recorded the calls. We will be requiring that he produce these nonexistant tapes in court. He falsely claimed that the certified auto shop was a "home" and not a legitimate business. He further stated that our receipts for service from this business were "bogus". No such calls were ever made and no research ever done. Charter Warranty is still doing what it does best—denying the honest claims of their unsuspecting customers. We will take this action all the way! Charter Warranty had best prepare for a vicious battle against an unrelenting foe! We did not spent $5000 on rebuilding our engine only to purchase a worthless warranty and have our claim denied without so much as the common courtesy of proper research. Such research would have ascertained that our claim is unquestionably legitimate. If this issue cannot be resolved cordially, we further intend to seek criminal charges against Charter Warranty for interstate fraud. Andrew will be named as the primary and co-suspect with Charter Warranty and we will not stop until we have found the proper course of action to put all involved in state or federal prison. The Attorney General's office has advised us that such actions have been pursued in the past with successful results. We would advise Charter Warranty to check the AG of Michigan's web site to become informed of the predicament in which scam companies such as Charter Warranty have placed themselves. Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox is in his second highly successful term and is known for his aggressive prosecution of fraud cases such as the one Charter Warranty is perpetrating on their unsuspecting customers—customers who for the most part have purchased Charter's worthless warranty fully believing because of the hype in their glossy brochure that they will be protected in case of any arising problems, only to be further scammed, disrespected, yelled at, hung up on, called liars, made to feel unintelligent and worthless and told that they are dishonest and trying to out-scam the best scammers of all—Charter Warranty! We Trust that we will be seeing them behind bars and sued out of business soon! Hopefully, they'll be scammed themselves in prison by becoming the special friends of a great number of very large male inmates who have had the misfortune of being "trusting and scammed" customers of Charter Warranty! Are you hearing me "lying Andrew?"
