UPS does not care about helping resolve theft issues within their own company. I sent two boxes with one boat prop in each box taped together so that there was no way they could be separated. This was the same way I had received them. Someone had to cut one of the boxes free from the box that had the shipping label attached. Now they can't "find" the other box and have not been very helpful in resolving the problem eventhough there was insurance on the shipment.
