Ok so I dont have good credit so of course I had to go to a dealership that doesn't do credit check. I made the mistakes of going to working man auto! First of all the sales guy (Miguel) didn't seemed like he cared at all about making a sell or anything! I should have left then.
So test drove a 2003 or 2004 it didn't have the right year on the sticker, anyways it was an Intrepid and I liked it cause I have 2 children so I have two carseats and I wanted a big back seat. All seemed good, the only thing was the face from the radio was missing.
So after I test drove it I made sure I asked Miguel about the radio he said that they had it there, so i was like great cause im a radio listing girl and I need a radio. So we did paper work and all that i had more money for the down payment then they were asking for. I asked for a carfax and Miguel said they could not offer that so I paid $25 to do my own. All was good on the carfax... So I thought. The next day I noticed alot of things on the car like things missing or broken but I should have looked better before i bought it.
So after all the was said and done the car was mine so then Miguel went to go see about the radio (only cause i asked him) he came back and said that they did not have it that for me to call back at the end of the week. So I did and of course they still didn't have anything.
So when I went to pay the rest of my tt&l Amy the manager said that her dad was ordering a whole bunch of radios and that to call her in a few days so I did and of course NOTHING!
My parents went to pay my first payment for me and they asked about my radio and Amy told them for me to bring the car back on a Wednesday and they would install it and sure enough SHE WAS NOT THERE and Miguel had no idea about anything! So after awhile I just gave up, so during the five months that I had the car it had an oil leak and a water leak and get this the a/c went out.
So I was driving a car that had no radio, no a/c, and that got hot. I was so upset cause I don't have alot of money and I needed a good car to get me and my daughters around cause im a single working mother. I had already put 3,000 dollars into it and I still owed almost 9, ooo dollars more. So I had to return the car cause i wasn't going to pay for something that was a piece of junk, and get this after I returned it like a week later i saw it back out on the lot for sell, right in the front. I couldn't believe it. So I have learned from this mistake and NEVER again will I let this happend to me. Someone should shut this place down so they can stop ripping people off!!!
