I put an order online to get a magnetized chair support and didn't understand that the switch that I pressed for just two seats might wind up providing me four chairs. I thought I had been to set up two, by performing that it got it for 2 purchases, which states (Purchase 2 Save $3.00) and that I misunderstood the best way to purchase for only 2. I attempted to contact customer support many times to no avail, could easily get no solution. The sole different factor I really could think about to complete was to email customer support with my problem. Please consider this issue for me personally, I just need two (2) not four (4). Our order#478528 positioned on 8/16 within the quantity of $51.82, I had been attempting to invest enough to obtain free delivery, I had a need to invest $30.00, my proper whole must have ony been $34.88.
I left a note on voicemail about the evening that I put the purchase since it was completed on the weekend, online it claims that mistakes should be documented within 60 times. Please enable me correct this.
