This dealership said they would pay off my trade-in and give me a check for $486.00. They took forever to pay off the trade and in the meantime the company that held my loan was charging interest every day.By the time Salon Kia of Chapel Hills got around to sending them a check, the payoff was higher due to the interest that had accrued on the loan. Salon Kia of Chapel Hills finally gave me the check for $486.00 a month and a half after we made the deal for the vehicle.
As soon as I deposited the check at my bank, they turned around and stopped payment on the check! This resulted in my bank account going negative, the bank charging me fees and a lot of headache. I would recommend that everyone avoid making any purchases from this dealership! The people working at this dealership will not return phone calls and they have the worst customer service I have ever encounted. This is without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life when purchasing a vehicle!!
