They call me everyday from different states, I answer and its a recording telling me that my warranty on my vehicle is about to expire and I should press 1 to speak to a represenative or 2 to be taken off the calling list.
The first seven times they called I pressed 2, which did me no good, so I decided to push 1. The first time I did this a rep answered and asked me the make and model of my vehicle. I told him I simply wanted to let them know that I dont own a vehicle and that continuing to call me would not benefit them in anyway. I also told him that every other time they called I had pressed 2... Why am I still on the list? — He promptly hung up on me.
The next time, I spoke with a represenative who told me her name was Diane and that they were located in Phoenix, AR. The company name was Warranty Division. I put up a fuss about being called continuously and asked to speak to someone above her. The phone was passed to a man who called himself Josh Flynn. He told me his boss's name was James Baker. I asked them to stop calling and they assured me that after 72 hours I would not be called... I asked him if I had mentioned that I did not even own a car? And he rudely told me he would take my number off the list personally and refused to give me any other information. I said I would not give up until he gave me a number to reach him at — and guess what??? & Mr. Josh Flynn hung up on me!!!
These people are driving me crazy. I changed cell phone numbers and this new number seems to be infected by these nasty warranty freaks. I now see why the last person changed their number!!!
