Last 800 Points Taken After Arcade Game Purchase Dispute

I bought Microsoft points and for some reason they took my last 800 I had left talking about how I bought a whack ass arcade game then try to talk to like I'm stupid man. I hate 360 it not like I'm crying over some 800 points it like wtf i paid for them so how yall going to take dem i paid 25$ dolla
