Continental Warranty - high pressure. Extended Auto Service Contract
I experienced high pressure sales. I received repeated phone calls, morning, noon and night.
They build the suspense for the rate quote and I was told I must accept immediately, or the rate will automatically be higher.
They tell you it's just a deposit (for the full amount) but you have 30 days to review their policy.
Got four calls, within minutes, from same supervisor, after I requested they remove my name from their calling list. They just wanted another chance to "explain".
They may have a good product. Read other "usacomplaints.com" and "complaints.com" entries for more points of view. All I can say, is rather than focus on providing you info, it seemed they want to sell you now, and hope you don't cancel
