I so wished i would have found this rip off report website before giving scooterdepot.com my $1600.00. I too ordered from these scammers. A cp_y200,3/4 scale chopper. I ordered it on the 16th of July. It never came until the 25th of July. (their website says 5 days for shipping) being that i'm on the east coast, and they are on the west coast. It did take several phonecalls to them AFTER they took my payment to find out when the bike was shipped. The first time i called, it was shipped, the second time i called it wasnt shipped. The third time i called, i was told to call back tomorrow! Then it took me 3 days and 6 different phone calls to get the tracking number. The bike finally arrives 10 days later, looked good, the truck driver helped me take the cardboard box off and check it out. There were about 50 different parts that had to be assembled, and their website said "easy 10 minuted assembly". The website also said that the front wheel, battery and handle bars where the only things to be assembled, yeah right! It took my husband, and 2 other guys to assemble the thing, and it took them almost 6 hours. The manual that they sent with the bike was half in chinese! My chopper too only lasted 2 days, now its just sitting on my porch. I've made numerous phone calls to scooter depot, they tell me to call 909-287-0366 to speak to the "parts" department, i call that number, and after try after try to speak with someone, they tell me to call the parts department! They dont have a clue what they're talking about! I cant understand the person, when I DO get someone on the phone! Do not buy from these rip offs! Take my advice! I now have a $1600.00 paperweight on my front porch! (to be continued, i also have to take my bike to a motorcycle mechanic to have it fixed!)
