On 9-8-05 I purchased a warranty from Ultimate Warranty of Arizona Inc.in the amount of $1650.00. This contract was for 7 years or Odometer reading of 125,000 with a zero deductible.
On 2-15-08 we had a rear door lock replaced which was covered under warranty in the amount of $225.52 at Ponderosa Tire, Prescott AZ. Upon completion I was told that I would need to pay and then the warranty company would reimburse me. I did and Ponderosa Tire faxed the bill to ULtimate.
When payment was not recieved I called Ultimate and was told by Amanda that capital Ins. Was involved and that she would immediately process our claim. To this date (8-07-08) we have not received payment.
Ultimate Warranty of Az is insured by Capital Assurance.
We supposedly have until 2012 and/or our odometer reads 125,000 miles to be covered. Our odometer reads 60,000 miles.
