Wacovia Dealer Services is a huge rip off. They con people into making payment arrangements only to come and repo the day before the payment is due. I was left a number by the tow truck driver only to be told that they would not allow me to make any payments. Not even a payment in full to get me current. The have given me 10 days to figure something out. Since when did these people get to play "GOD". I was then told the reason they decided to do it now is because I have equity in my vehicle... I returned all calls, provided all information requested. Do not deal with these people Paul and Omar..
