Viva Scooter
Scooter difficulty

I bought a scooter from motion mania, it'd 1km onto it. The scooter is just a 2008 viva 150. We'd many issues: the fuel filter was the initial issue, the throttle smashed next, the lights didn't function, today it just wont start. They're not helping fix the issue of it not beginning. Everytime i go there they're always giving me difficulty. If you're able to help me to obtain this matter fixed it'd be greatly appreciated.
