Terrible techs don't now how to diagnose a problem or perform simple math

Let me begin by telling you that my car wouldn't start, SO...
I took my car (a mid 90's Saab) into the service garage to get it fixed thinking that I was in good hands by taking it straight to the dealer. Problem number 1- The parts (starter cables) it needs just can't seem to come in on time. Problem number 2- When the parts do come in a week late, suddenly I need more parts and labor. "JACK THE PRICE UP A LITTLE MORE, BOYS!"
The car stops starting again.
Well the car broke down again 9 months later. The issue I have though is that the parts that are defective now (starting coil) should have been detected when they replaced the starting cables 9 months ago. The head Tech Mike even told me that. The Coil also had trouble coming in on time and was 4 days late.
The car stops starting AGAIN.

Less than 2 weeks later my car is back in there again. Apparently the battery is dead from a high amperage being drawn from the battery by the starter. Another detail missed that should've been caught. Here's where I get really pissed - 1st quote, $150; 2nd quote - $175,3RD FRIGGIN QUOTE - $282!"JACK UP THE PRICE A LITTLE MORE, BOYS!" Not only that but they left me with no gas, a broken driver's side door lock, and a huge 2 feet by 1 inch scratch in the side of my car. I took the car in for a simple battery replacement, mind you. They also charged me for the tow. WHAT?! I just dropped 700 dollars to get my car starting the week before and it's still not starting and they are making me pay for the 2nd tow? This should've been fixed long ago... The 1st time I took it in.

Bottom Line - They are shooting in the dark and just replacing parts in the hope that everything will turn out fine. I must've put $2000.00 total into this car and it could've just been the battery. Way to go Saab.
