On October 15. USAA insurance client Terri Kay Becker from Sacramento California rear ended my son and I. We got copy of their Driver License, Insurances, and License Plate. Contacted their insurance company (USAA) and went to get medical attention. USAA said they doing investigation but never got back. I called them multiple times leaving message to call me back. Still no response!!! My claim is unresolved and I will be taking illegal action with them.
