In April I went to buy a car from this place, seemed easy enough I called ahead and pre qualified with the dealership. Bought a 2007 Chrysler seabring, took the car home that day, funding was from wells fargo as they said. A month later I found out that they never transfered tags, funded the loan and paid off my trade in car. Now I have a late payment on my credit.

The story gets better as they call me after a month to bring back the new car and get my trade in back. So very angry with them we make an appointment to bring the car back and pick up the old wheels. Before we could get back with in 3 hours they have a repo collector at my front door, I told him to kiss off and put the car in the gagage. The next morning we take it back to them and Now get this My car had the windows shot out while it was on the lot in their care, they attempted to repair it. All 3 windows are after market. The door panels are falling off and my car is full of shattered glass under the seats. Again I call these bone heads and get the same BS they always dish out. I gave them to the end of the day to make good on the repairs to be done correctly at a shop of my choice. They told me to kiss off and get a lawyer and deal with it.
I gave them $1000.00 with the trade and they won't give that back either.
Oh and get this they sent my aplication to so many banks and finance companies that the credit score has dropped more that 100 points.
I files a complaint with the BBB, files this report and have contacted the State Attorney in Tallahassee. I am looking for anyone who has been screwed around with that would be interested in a class action legal action. We have to take a stand against preditor business snakes like this.
