Mazda3 2005 warranty contract will not cover my repair because my account was not in the computer as active, purchase warranty in February now is May

They said to me that I was not cover and my warranty was effective as of Mrch 23. Mazda Koppel call them and they told REy service rep. That was not cover. When I call I spoke with rene with told me that she was going to put the claim on the Claims Department and in 1/2 hour the claim should be activated.
