Bill Heard has done nothing except take my money and lie to me. To begin with they lied about the value of the car that I was buying. Therefore I now owe more than the car is worth.
They gave me no spare, no jack, no tools. They promised to give me $100.00 to pay for the tow truck when I got a flat. All they did was lie and put me off for weeks and weeks.
My window doesnt work, my speakers do not work and I am still paying for this car. They refused to give me corporates number and were indignant to my situation.
