This service manager scams MANY people out of their hard earned money. He may write up a car for a brake servce but add on a bunch of extra little things that you DO NOT have to paty for. All those little things add up. He is just trying to make himself look good in the company even though he's a DIRT BAG.
This african american service manager enjoys to make racial slurs about any other ethnic group other than his own. His location is primarily a caucasian decent, this is not the place for his words.
JAMES DUSSAP preys on people to come into the store that do not know what they are talking about when it comes to cars. He charges them for insane items and services that were never performed on their car.
JAMES DUSSAP is the ugly, unwated boil on PepBoys.
You can go into this store and speak with anyone, ANYONE, and have have an extremely pleasant experience. Every single other person that works in that store, expecially the store manger, are sweet as can be, totally there for the customers, and NOT a rip off. Then you come to JAMES THE SCHMUCK.
I am NOT saying don't go to PepBoys. They do amazing work with great prices. I think you should GO THERE and REFUSE to be helped by JAMES DUSSAP. As long as you are not being helped by this loser, you will have a great experience and will not pay a dime over what you should.
