U-Save Auto Rental of 25 Havard Method charged me significantly more than $1,300 for small harm to the cover and window of the 2007 Toyota Corolla that evidently happened on U-Saveis own unfenced and vulnerable ton at 25 Harvard Ave.in Allston, MA. I challenge their declare that the harm occurred while I had been economically accountable, however the business evaded my concerns for all weeks and proceeded to cost the entire amount to my charge card.

I hired a 2007 Toyota Corolla at 8:02 am on Saturday, 2/2/08. I delivered it exactly the same evening at around 11pm, subsequent U-Conserveis after-hours drop off methods. After I requested to consult with the workers that presumably found the harm, I had been informed that these workers "do not have telephones, and they are not planned until Thursday." It was followed closely by the indirect risk that "the costs are likely to be higher should you choosenot work." I questioned why I had been not informed instantly once the harm was found. U-Conserve's reaction was that "errors occur."

The "Addendum to Rental Contract" that I closed states that:

"The tenant hereby confirms that they're economically accountable for the rental automobile until U-Save employees actually sign in the automobile during its regular business hours."

When The harm endured when U-Save actually examined within the automobile at 7:50am on Sunday, 2/3/08, U-Save had a to see me instantly.
