Had to pay for repair & still didn't run

We took your 2000 custom hyabusa in since it wouldn't turn. Needed to do this on the sunday before we were supposed to depart for daytona bike week. They claimed the starter clutch went and told us this was a recognition and we'd not need to purchase something. After waiting 4 days together saying that only area of the components came we just went into see what was actually happening and the owner along with a technician stood there within the back just staring at the cycle. Said they'd replaced the part also it still wouldn't operate. They tried to inform us that it was a wiring problem and didn't know how to proceed. Said we could leave it there and they'd attempt to figure it out for $72 each hour. We said that we'd take it around since we were already late to visit daytona. Bear in mind i agreed to pay whatever to ship the components overnight so we could leave promptly but they said i couldn't. Once we went to leave they charged us for $306.40 over time and chose to reveal the part wasn't really remembered but that's was something bulliten and we'd to cover the work even though bike however wasn't operating. The receipt that i had been provided stated that part was replaced and the bike was working. Which was a lie and that i entered it outright in the table. We argued the cost due to what we were informed originally, but we'd no choice but to cover and take this up later. We got to bike week and your technician and electrician buddies examined the bike and found the problem was the particular part they had replaced and they use it wrong also it was scraping the engine, there have been real particles there-from their mistake that we'd to cover. If our friends hadn't discovered that it'd have ruined our engine also. We called and told them this and they made no effort to refund some of our money given that they didn't repair it they actually made it worse. I'd like to know who i will enter touch with at suzuki and find out of a reimbursement. I do not enjoy throwing out that amount of cash for nothing along with a reduced holiday also. We've sent this place a lot of business and got only cut of for this in exchange.
