Southern California Public Auction have the worst customer service. They Plain lie to me, give me the run around "will give you your money next week, tomorow, day after, we are working on it, bank is taking time and so on"They don't return my call, and now they hung up on me or tell me to hold on then on voice mail or on hold for 25 min.
The person's name is Maria who is responsible to give me my money but when I try to talk to her she say"I am not here or busy" I know her voice and the only female that works there. She has no idea when my check will be ready. They own me $12,500 for my truck.
