I bought an 2004 Lexus ES 300 for my child in late November 07, for that cost of $18,000 from $20,000, as a result of business in. I settled top-dollar for my kid to become secure.in January 08 I noticed a sound whenever you switched the wheel, I simply thought that it had been okay never considering there is an issue. I got the vehicle to get a trip again in late march 08 and also the sound was higher and so I visited Midas, plus they explained to create the vehicle back again to electra since equally Tie-Rods were going to split these were therefore worn-out this must have been observed having a visual examination prior to the vehicle was offered. The vehicle had an assessment label onto it which was just 2 weeks old. And so the issue was ignored intentionally. I visited the dealer and reported the tie-rods were a current issue once the purchase was created, plus they decided to spend half, without actually examining what I had been worrying about, but only when they did the job. I don't trust them to complete the work and that I turned furious they were irresponsible with my kids security, plus they must repair it free of charge and that I might have Midas examine their function, these were rude and stated they did not need to recognize something since the one month guarantee was up, I told them the guarantee indicates nothing since the issue was section of an unacceptable examination about the automobile 2 weeks prior to the purchase. The label wasn't legitimate about the vehicle, and that I informed Electra this was illegitimate, plus they turned furious and stated they'dnot repair it whatsoever.
To conclude, the automobile was set instantly by midas, bill closed, and that I believe Electra was well-aware of the tie-rod scenario and did not worry about my childrenis security, plus they have to create great on the dishonest conduct, by reimbursing me for that repairs.
