This airline did not properly inform our agency as to what they needed so we could get our commission. The airline has no 800 and everything has to be put in an email. We have sent numerous emails to get some one to respond but they do not respond in a timely manor. We have sent the information several times over the last 2 months. We finally received a response and I guess they are saying now that it is past and they have no intentions of paying commission.
We will never use this airline again. They are a fly by night type. We had the group booked out of one city and they just up and cancelled the flight so we had to move them to another airport. This is not the 1st dealing with this company. I should have known from the past what they are all about.
