We purchased a transmission for a Dodge Ram Van 2500 and he said he would get it out immediately. A few weeks passed before we called them again and they claimed that UPS damaged the unit they initially shipped out. They took another 4-8 weeks before they shipped out another tranny. When we received the tranny, we found out after installing it that the yoke assy was not the right one for the vehicle so we asked them to supply us with the correct yoke assy. A month and a half has passed since we last heard from Ed Lucas who advised us that he was sick and that he was going to get to the bottom of the situation and get back to us.
At this point, all we want is to get the yoke assy to see if the tranny even works. From the looks of past reports, I will not be surprised if the tranny is a complete DUD! This company and person should be charged with the highest level of a fraud related crime! I would certainly like to get my money back but some much time has passed since we paid them that the credit card company will not entertain our requests for a fraudulent transaction.
