In response to your letter of 3/24/08. First of all let me offer you my condolences for being associated with a company that is nothing more than a bunch of con artists and a den of thieves. I'll tell you this, that Joe Flynn (if that's his real name) has a lot of balls to blatantly steal money the way he does from unsuspecting idiots, but more so, to use his real name. I wouldn't want to be walking around with out a body guard, with all the angry people he has stolen from out there! But lady, be rest assured I am taking you all down. Low life thieves like all of you need to be stopped. And your uncle Joe needs to be put in prison, where he and all who follow him belong. I can only assume that the position you are in, you have to know what goes on in this company, if your not part of it yourself!
I am equally as sure that he had a team of low life Attorneys, most probably disbarred, to write up his bylaws on how to fraud honest people out of hundreds of dollars for a lousy bottle of juice that does not cost more than $3.00 to produce. And those poor fools who did not send it back return receipt, are just plain f%d by you lousy thieves. But keep this in mind thieves, your letter asking ME to send YOU proof that I sent it back to your organization, should show anyone your deliberate setup concerning your so called "contracts" whereby a person gets no refund if your bottle of juice is not sent back, and then a person can send it back and still get it in the shorts like I did! And I am sure by the hundreds of complaints against you at various agencies there's probably no one who gets their money back with out an enormous struggle with your so called company. So what the Attorney General needs to see is, you have somehow got around the law, found a loophole to con many people out of hundreds of dollars for $3 worth of some kind of miracle juice. They should investigate and see what that crap really is. But we know, dont we, just an excuse to fraud people.
You have the audacity to ask me to do your job, by sending you a signature of one of your own employees! You guys are really slick. You are some real losers. Ill tell you what, I will not give you the satisfaction of seeing this signature card NOW. But I will tell you this, it was sent to Mahwah on Jan 26th of this year, by FedEx, and signed for by your employee named Jennifer Lua? Not legible) or Esen??
