I wish I had've known to NOT go through Drive Financial when I got my car. Firstly, their customer call center, the 1-888-222-4227 isn't even IN the United States -it's in the Carribbean.
When I called three months ago to ask for a deferrment due to a) losing a job and b) sickness in my family, I was turned down. Three months straight I was denied a deferrment. Even though several different representatives told me that a major disaster would have to occur in order for me to get a deferrment. Who in the United States doesn't think losing a job or having a major sickness isn't a MAJOR DISASTER? Then, since I am unable to pay all of my bills due to losing my job and becoming ill, my aunt, who is actualy my mother since she raised me, was helping me with two bills, my car note and my light bill. She passed away on March 9 and I was unable to make the car payment. I called to ask for a deferrment since I was told that a death in the family constitutes a major disaster. Do you know what those non-Americans idiots at 1-888-222-4227 told me? A death in the family doesn't constitute a major disaster. What the hell do they consider a major disaster if these don't constitute a major disaster?
1) loss of job
2) death in family
3) major illness
What kind of company IS Drive Financial? I'll tell you what kind of company they are - they're schiesters! They screw their own customers, then send all of their customer service representative jobs overseas to the Carribbean. Let's all VOTE in November to get the government to PENALIZE Drive Financial and to stop giving them tax cuts. They don't deserve them. They are nothing but LEGAL THIEVES!
I am going to tell EVERYONE I know about Drive Financial and the way they do business! I hate them and truly regret ever using them!
