We are looking to purchase a car on the internet. WE found that Auto land will work with our Credit Union. We lloked though the list and found a 2001 Chevy Blazer 4X4 LT model. I sumitted the vehicle and the sales rep Ben contacted us tow days later. He informed us to contact the Credit Union on-line to get an approved for the price you see.

After we were approved, I called Ben and told him we were approved. He told me that he will get the vehicle delivered to the Credit Union in Riverside for us to pick-up on Monday.

When I arrived at work on Monday I informed my boss to I nned to leave earily to go get a new vehicle in Riverside. I got the permission and went home at nnon, change cloths and got ready to goto the Autoland in Riverside.

Ben calls me at home and tell me there might be a problem. The vehicle is in Los Angeles be detailed and cleaned up. I will call you back and let you know if it is being delivered to Riverside for you to pick up.

Ben call me back and tells me the vehicle in on the way, but call me just in case it is late.

In cabazon I called Ben back. He told me that he is pushing them to get the vehicle to Riverside for us to pick up and Ask for Phil. He will take care of you there.

We get to the Autoland in Riverside. I did not see any Chevy Blazer out side. We went inside and ask for Phil. The secatary said he is with another customer and will be with us shorthly.

After 10 minutes of waiting Phil approches us and told us that he just got off the phone with ben and told him that they are stuck in traffic and it will not be there on time. Ben Promise me and my wife that the vehicle will be there.

The next day I called Ben. He promise me that he will get the Blazer delivered to our home in Landers. He needed somone to be there to sign for the paperwork. I informed Ben that I get off at 3:30pm and will be home at 4:00pm.

Ben called me back and told me that it wiil be a few days because the Blazer's "check engine" light cam on and it needed to be fix. I promise that it will be there on Wednesday.

Wdenesday came and no Blazer I was getting upset.

The next day my wife called Ben and asked him where is the Blazer? He said that It is on the way.

Thusday and Friday Came and I did not see any Chevy Blazer at my door step.

Friday Ben called my wife at her work. He was telling my wife a price that was $3,000.00 more that the Price that he told me on the phone after I got the loan.

On Saturday I tried to Contact Ben and got his vioce mail. I went ahaead and left a message letting him know that I was upset and did not apreciate the differant price that he told my wife.

I tried callijng the office for about an hour. I started calling at 8:45am. I got ahold of someone and was telling her my problem. She was getting rude at me. She told me that she would have to get someone higher up to talk to me.

Then fifteen minute later, Mr. Fisher gets on the phone starts to apologize to me. I started to tell him the story and all the problems I am getting from his staff and did not like that way I am being treated. Mr. Fisher was cutting me off and would not let me finish my sentence and was started to change the story and was being rude and aggressive in his language.
