I went to denny hecker bloomington bargain lot to buy a car, they fall all over each other to get you to buy, Oh I went in pre-approved too, Sold me an over-priced 2002 doge grand caravan for 8000.00 plus finance, would come to 12.000.00, so I fell for it paid 750.00 down and drove it away with I might add a completely empty gas tank
Aweek later I get a very rude call from a Chad saying they needed more proof of income and I provided it, faxed info 3 times, another extremely rude call from Chad saying I wasn't approved and needed to get the van back right away, acting as though I stole his van, this was sat 3-8, I brought the van back (with a 3/4 full gas tank) and they ran right out to inspect it then I was forced to wait over a half hour to be told my refund would be in the form of refunding my credit card 550.00 and a check for 200.00 sent tues, why tues? Who knows, anyway here it is wed 3-12,5 days after returning the van and still no refund, called and was told a check was sent, hmmm no check in the mail, Since I did not actually purchace I feel my refund should have been given sat the 8th,
The mis-leading advertising part is that Denny Hecker claims to be so helpful and accomindating to help people, they preapproved me, basically telling me this was a great way to build credit, then told me I didn't have credit experience so I can't buy from them, What the???
All I can say is don't get ripped off or mis-lead by a company like Denny Hecke
