After receiving the shipment I immediately notified the company that there were parts missing in accordance with their policy. After several emails I finally got a couple responses that they would "check with the manufacturer" (as if they had no culpability) never received follow up messages or return phone calls from the messages I left. I finally had to spend additional monies to purchase after market parts to complete the project. It's clear this company is not ready to sell its product to the public in a reputable manner.
