I rented a car back in october. Ireturned the car in perfectly good shape, the same way I picked it up would be responsible for any damages that could occur in this garage up. I dropped the car off in the parking lot of a major casino as I was instructed to do by the attendant, Seqouia, at the time of pickup. She told me to return the car right here when I was done, or, I could give the keys to the front desk of the hotel where I was staying. If I dropped it off after hours, she told me to just put the car back in the same area as I got it from. Never was I told that I that I would be responsible for damages that occured out of my control. Well 1 month later I get a bill in the mail for $700, and another 2 months later theres another bill for $45 for a broken back window. They now want to send me to collections for a bill for damages that are not my fault. Why wouldn, t I have at least had a chance to see the damages, or, have the opportunity to get it fixed through my vendor. This is the most illegal thing that I can think of that any major car rental company could do. Guess I, m gonna get my day in court
