My engine died, my water pump froze and also my timing belt went out on me all at the same time, so I took it to Gonzales Auto Repair since I had always taken my car there in the past and they had done a good job.
They had my car for 2 months and did nothing and 2 weeks before I lost my job, my car was ready. They put a new engine in and I paid them a lot of money to fix my car and since I didnt have the money up front to give him, he was nice enough to allow me to make payments which I paid off for the work that he did on my car and he kept charging me for parts that my car did not even need and he put defective parts in my car.
As soon as I drove off his lot with my car, my gauge went up and my car started getting hot and I knew something was very wrong with my car. To make a long story short, I took my car back over and over again and I told him that my car was getting hot and he would keep my car for a day or two and still the same problem and one excuse after another about what was wrong with my car.
Well, I took it a mechanic that knew what he was doing and he showed me that I had a coolant leak, a defective radiator cap, and the icing on the cake... My cooling fans were installed the wrong way and the original wires in my car severed and re-wired by Gonzales Auto Repair and they did not tell me about it and now to re-wire the whole harness will cost me about $300 to $500 dollars. I had to pay an xtra $903 to have my car fixed the right way and I did not even have the money to pay for it since I am on unemployment.
Please help me to get my money back from these crooks who have no business fixing other people's car with used salvage yard parts.
