Failed to refund for parts they didnt have

I ordered a side mirror for a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee ltd that they clamed they had in stock. They told me up to 5 days to receive the order. After almost 11 days I called and they told me that the 3 they had in stock were all faulty. They were going to check with another place to see if they had in stock. They didnt feel the need to call me to say there was a problem with their stock. A cday later I had to call again and chase up the mirror which they now said they didnt have,
I then asked for my credit card to be refunded the $129 they already took. A contact called Kevin said no problem I would get an imeediated refund.

4 days later they still did not refund me and when I called again to speak to a manager a young girl I spoke to started to laugh at me saying there was no supervisor or manager there.

A day later I called Kevin again and he kept telling me the refund had already bneen processed. 3 days later and still no refund.

This company is both employing liars and thieves. They have not refunded my money and yet when I call them they keep telling me it has been done. Yet the money has mysteriously disappeared in cyberspace.
Plus they NEVER call you back when you ask them too.

A COMPLETE RIP OFF. I recommend you NEVER buy Auto parts from this company and I have filed a complaint with the BBB
