I ordered his CORVETTE Caliper 2000 Premium Caliper Kit on Oct 6. With in days he charged my credit card. I sent my 4 cores off to him and waited for my parts.
Two weeks later I called and talked to Carl Shulzi, and he assured me the parts were in route. Four weeks now I call him back, the shipments on the way. I get my credit card bill, he billed me the 357.75, the fifth week I get 2 front calipers, that all.
During the next 2 months, I call him weekly, he told me on 11/12 that he'd ship me another order and he didn't know what happened to the first oder. Well sure enough he also billed me again, this time 398.14. I kept calling him because I still had only received the 2 front calipers. He said he would credit my card for the first order, which never happened.
I sent him numerous emails during this time. Finally on Dec. 19, I notified my credit card company that I wanted to file dispute charges against this company, now called Florida Precision Caliper.
On Dec. 22, I received a package from Lonestar Caliper.inside was 2 rear calipers both wrong, 2 sets of brake pads, both wrong, and 4 rubber lines, all wrong. I looked up Lonestar on the internet and gave them a call. They told me that they were the parts Carl Shulzi told them to send.
On Jan. 11 My credit card co. Issued me a credit for both charges, great I though. Since that time I received 3 other shipments from whatever you want to call this company, all wrong parts. Twice this guy Carl has called me wanting all these wrong parts back, I told him when I get my cores back or the right parts I'll sends your wrong parts back at your expense and sent you a check for the correct parts.
Its now Mar. 4th I haven't heard from this guy for a month, I went and bought all new parts from an NCRS relieable company. My credit card company calls me today, saying he's provided documentation that shows the charges, that both! To be valid which may result in a rebill to my account!
This has been over 5 months now, please guys, do your homework first, ask club members, look in the NCRS Restorer and Driveline, don't buy parts from these internet crooks!
If you check out the Florida Better Business Bureau, and the States Attorneys office, these companies are listed as a company Not to do business with.
