Yeah, me and my husband have a 1999 ford expedtion. Blue book value is 6,000. Snaac's value and the value from the dealer was 11,331.00. We have been paying on it for going on 2 years, we owe around 9,000.00. We got ripped off we know. It doesn't have a sun roof, and its not 4 by 4. But we know that already. Its just that the harrassment from snaac. I dont know, its like we had a bad deal all around. And if i would have known about snaac i would have never went through them. Now i know to do research before i purchase a vehicle.
1.) when your behind, like i have, i am previous military, female, just got out medically. My husband went to iraq... Got in trouble (dont want to talk about it)... He gets kicked out. We have to move across the country, and find a job. But we get our taxes for god sake... So we can pay what we owe... Which is 1336.00. We get 2100.00 in taxes. But here is the problem, they contact my mom on myspace... Tell her how much we owe. On myspace!!! They contact me on myspace!!! I dont care about them contacting me... But my mom!!! The only thing they can ask my mom is where i am... I understand that... I did looked at the fcc regs on how a bill collecter can contact you. It doesn't say myspace.By phone, email or mail. Thats it. But this isn't the biggest problem. This is part of it.
2.) i have been harrased about not making a 45.00 payment. Ive gotten calls every half hour... Until they close at 900pm. Ever half hour...!!! I swear to god... I have the phone records... Ever half hour!!! They make it seem like its a 45,000 im behind... But its 45.00.
3.) this is my fault. Ok. I owe 1330.00. Me and my husband are trying to get our taxes so we can make a payment. We get them on a thursday... I contact snaac and let them know "hey we can make a payment." it was online i emailed the girl who has been writing me on myspace and email. She doesn't reply back. I apologize for the inconvinience... But i ask hey... Has it been sent to collections... We need to know so we can pay what we owe. No reply... That was thursday... Come saturday with no reply... At 10:00pm our truck gets repo'd. Im like wtf!!! I been tried to contact you to see where my payment is standing. So we let that go.
4.) this made us mad the most!!! Our truck gets repo'd. Ok... It gets sent to columbus fair auto actions. Ok... We pay, get insurance for our vehicle, ladi dadi... We take care of everything. Our truck gets taken on the 16th of feb. We get insurance and pay everyting monday 18th. Feb 20th wend., we pay 300 for the repo fees. Thursday were supposed to get our vehicle... Friday were suppossed to get our vehicle... Monday were supposed to get our vehicle... Tuesday we get our vehicle!!! We waited till tuesday 26th to get our vehicle cause the right paperwork to pick it up was incorrect. Ok... There fault now snaac messed up... We get our vehicle.
5.) we drive 2 hours to get our vehicle.in columbus ohio. We get our personal property... Get our vehicle... Look in our truck find our cd player was stolen!!! We tell auto action... Hey its stolen. They look at us and treat us like we stole it and were lying. We look at our mileage... Some one drove our vehicle for 40 miles. Now... From the repo place auto actions picked it up at was only 20 miles... So why is there 40 miles added on our vehicle.??? Dont make no sense... We dont care about that though. Our touch screen cd player was stolen. The thomas mcgee verifys that it was stolen on the lot at columbus fair, we contact snaac to let them know. Snaac tells us to go for an upgrade, and add 300 for the trouble going out there. Columbus fair says they found a cd player for 200. But we paid $600. Not only is the sterio stolen, but the wire harness... Which is a circuit breaker for our sterio, our amp is blown because the hot wires touched each other and blew it, and our bracket that holds our cd player in place was stolen.
6.) we talk to columbus fair and snaac for days. We want an upgrade and not come out of pocket for anything. Snaac says they aren't involved anymore because columbus fair told them to get out of it, its between us and columbus fair. Columbus fair doesn't want to pay for us a new amp... But apperently the amp worked when the thieving a$hole robbed us of our prized possesion and blew our amp. They say they dont know if it worked before it was stolen. Well hey columbus fair... Apperently it did work... If the a$hole that was joy riding in it for 40 miles and stole our cd player, he knows the amp was working because it worked enough for him to fall in love with our cd player to steal it!!! Think about that!!!
So yeah... Dont go through snaac, because they will harrass you, if you have pay problems and are late they will call you every half hour, they will go though the means of getting on myspace and writting your mom or your friends, if your vehicle gets repod... They will send it to the wrong hands and your stuff will get stolen!!! Dont trust columbus fair there a bunch of theiving cheap rippoffs. If any of your stuff does get stolen... They will only pay for what you complained about... And not the damages!!! Snaac will mislead you, and treat you like a piece of crap. Especially soldiers... They dont care about you!!! At all, oh and if any of you talk to a women named sherri... Cuss her a$ out!!! She is prolly the women you were talking to who sounds all rude and mean!!!
