Maryland & 20 LLC (an owner of a shopping center parking lot that includes about a half-dozen businesses including a 24/7 Laundromat) has contracted with Quick Response Towing, Inc. To patrol its lot for "unwanted vehicles". The tow truck driver on patrol at the time assumed that I was not a patron of the Laundromat and proceeded to tow my car while I was in the laundromat. I was charged $258 in cash to obtain my car—my car had only been impounded for 12 hours.
