Let me just start by saying I wish i never brought my car to have planet nissan work on it. I brought my car to planet nissan to have a clutch put in. After having planet nissan's service department put my clutch in... I went to pick up my car and the allinement was off, so I asked them to fix it because my car was not that way when I brought it to them. They agreed to fix the problem. The next day I went the problem was not fixed, the service rep said the machanic said there was no problems with the car and all that was needed was the wheels to be allined. I told them no. That was not the problem at all that is was my front wheels that needed to be allined. So they said they would fix it. The next day witch would be Friday the 22 of 08, I go to planet nissan to pick it up my car, after leaving the dealer I was heading to a resturant to meet up wth some friends I get on the 95 heading southbound from Ann rd. My car starts shakeing very badly at 60mph and up, so I call the service rep a let him know what is happening, he told me to bring it on monday to get it repaired again.
So I said I would see him monday. After eating at the resturant, I noticed my exhaust looked out of place and so did my friend that was with me. I took a look under the back of my car, my exhaust was bent up and so was the bottom of my trunk were my spare tire go's. So my natural reactions after seeing this kind of damage was to call Hoze at Planet Nissan back and let him know what was wrong with my car. He was telling me to bring it back because it could be unsafe. I picked it up at 6:20pm I called Planet nissan's sales rep after noticing the damage at 8:08Pm. Not knowing that I was going to deal with the worst missmanager I would probly ever deal with my whole life. I hope. He tells me. "it looks like you wrecked your car and that you should just call your car insurance and tell them you did it". It was a major shock and a reality check for me of how people could be.
I am only 23 years old, I have been working distribution for a computer company in Las Vegas for 4 years now, I have also been driving before turning 16 years old and proud to say I have never been in a car wreck.
For this Missmanager to say I wrecked my car is disrespecting me as a driver and as a customer. Maybe because I am young he thinks he can screw me over I have no idea but all I know is that this is WRONG!!!
Someone at planet nissan knows what has happend to my car and is not admiting it!
They say they will fix my trunk but not my exhaust??!?!!? What about my car shaking at 60mph?!?!? Does this missmanager really think I am this stupid?
What makes me very sad is that Nissan has always been my favorite car to have. But after all of this mess I am going threw, I feel Toyota will be my next choice of car.
