JiffyLube#889, Store Manager "Roberto Salmeron-Gomez"
Fraud, Scam, Theft to JiffyLube Customers

I am currently an employee at JiffyLube#889, and I'm making a report about the Store Manager, Roberto Salmeron-Gomez, that is stealing money from customers everyday while he's working there. Everyday when cutomers would come in for an oil change, they will be asked various of questions on whether they would like to have additional services done to their vehicles recommended by their vehicles manufacturers. SCAM#1: A customer comes in for a service and would also like his/her air filter to be replaced, when the air filter is not in stock, the employee will remove the air filter off the Workorder to "NOT" charge the customer for that part. When the vehicle is ready to be rung out, Roberto Salmeron-Gomez will do the ring out and put the air filter "Back" onto the workorder and charge the customers for a part that was never in stock to begin with, and does the same for the Cabin Air Filters. SCAM#2: A customer comes in with a Volkswagon for a Radiator Flush Service, our Upper Bay Technician (UBT) knows that our machine won't and does not connect to this specific Volkswagons coolant hose. He then let's Roberto knows about the problem and tells him that we won't be able to do the service, instead Roberto tells the UBT to just add antifreeze to the coolant resvoir tank and say that it's done. The UBT refuses, saying that he won't do it and he's too honest of a person to do that, so the UBT removes the service from the workorder on the bay computer outside of the office, and as Roberto gets ready to ring the customer out, he puts the service "BACK" on the Workorder and "Charges" the cutomer when the service was "Never" done. SCAM#3: Different type of cars takes different types of Oil Filters. A 1989 Honda Civic will take our PO-33 Oil Filters and 2008 Honda Civics will take our PO-109 Oil Filters. As of today, March 25, we are currently out of PO-33 Oil Filters. When a Honda civic between the years of 1989 comes in, we let customers know right away that we do not have that specific oil filter in stock for their vehicles. So Roberto comes out and shouts, "Just put a 109 on it". We do not do things like that here. Same go's for Subarus. I'm pretty sure that the Jiffy Lube he transfered from, which is the Redwood City JiffyLube Store, does that. SCAM#4: His Right Hand Man, "Royal Gentry" aka "BUTT KISSER". Royal Gentry follows in his footsteps so he can make sales just like Roberto and become higher rank one day. On Sunday, March 24. We are currently out of PO33 Oil Filters. A Hyundai, which takes a PO33, comes in and we notice that it takes a PO33. Royal is aware of it and yet he tells us that, "It's just a little 1.6 engine, just throw on a PO109 Oil Filter, it fits!". I myself, with the Lower Bay Technician (LBT) refused to do that. It's still not the correct Oil Filter for that car, we tell Royal. Thank God that theres some honest people out there. So no service on that car. SCAM#5: A car comes in for an Oil Change, UBT pulls out a PCV valve that he notice, was clogged, and recommended it to be replaced. Customer Service Advisor (CSA) at the time, Roberto Samlmeron-Gomez, tells the customer about the PCV valve being clogged and the customer agrees to get that piece replaced. Part# MV1018 PCV Valve, "OUT OF STOCK", and what does Roberto Do? Wipes the oily dirt off and puts it right back in the car and says, "Done". Upper Bay Technician shakes his head and quickly takes the part off the Workorder. Roberto goes in the office to ring the customer out and puts it right back on the Workorder and charges the customer again for the part we never had. We notice the increase in sales by percentage. Dollar Over Base (DOB). DOB let's you know on how much you make in sales by percentage, but how does it keep going up if we never really make sales? I've went on the computer and click "View Statistics", and select "Ancillary Sales". This will let you know everything on what we have sold for the day. It also let's you know how much of each item and services have you sold. The items and services that I have metioned in this report is what we see in the Ancillary Sales. But how are we being counted for some of the items and services if we never did them? Because of Roberto Salermon-Gomez and Royal Gentry putting items and services back on Workorders and rings out customers. Please Investigate on these two Criminals because they won't stop. Theres no point in reporting this to the regional manager, "Brandon Bartley", because he's a crook just like those other two idoits! You can also compare this report with the scams that happen at jiffylubes down in southern california.
