On may 27 I went to the Pep Boys in Midwest city, okla to have brake shoes put on the front. I informed them i would either be in the store or in the waiting room. After 2 hours I checked to see how long it would be. The idiot at the counter said they tried to call me at home but I wasnt there i told him to look at the notes and he just laughed and said oops then I set for another 2 1/2 hours before it was finished.
I was charged $70 to have the rotors turned (which they did not do) (and $29.99 for the 2 brake pads I then had to pay for balancing the front tires at garcia tires due to after getting my car back the weights were gone this cost me $25.00 it stopped the shaking some in the front I then went back couple weeks later to garcia tires, the personworking drove the car in a circle came in and said they did not turn your rotors but you were charged he then stated that Wal Mart and Pep Boys are the 2 worst to charge but not do.
This cost me $40.00 so far I have spent $65.00 at Garcia's Tires which the car is fixed now, but the brakes are still squeeking and i refuse to go to pep boys. I wish to sue or get back the $70 they charged me for turning the rotors plus the $65 FOR GARCIA TIRES to fix the car the way it should have beenfixed in the first place
