I was a member of Xtreme Car Wash for a few months, in December they gave me a gift card for free car washes as a christmas gift, I used it. Two days later the manager calls me saying, I used my membership card on a car that was not included, when I am sure I used the gift card. I told them That I wanted to cancel my membership for that month, they said it was fine. But they charged me the monthly fee plus that one wash I got with the gift card, filed a dispute with Chase credit card, but they paid Xtreme Car Wash all they asked for.
