Liars, pitiful customer service and an unresponsive GM

My issue is not nearly as bad as some others you may of read here but, I just completely regret doing business with these people.

My wife and I made a CASH purchase of a Sebring Convertible. We were told they had to run a credit report on us anyway BUT, it would not show up as an inquiry.

Well, we are buying a house, ran our credit report and guess what? Pinnacle Nissan DID run a full credit report on us which (slightly) dings your credit history. It didn't have a big impact but the fact that these weasels lied to us just frosts the heck out of me.

Like others here, I attempted to contact GM Martin Peters. Called twice and wrote a letter (not an email). Nothing. No response. No call back. No letter. Nothing.

There were other issues too - like the blaring hard rock music they play. I asked if it could be turned down while we talked - the guy laughed and said, "That's the music we play when the boss is gone." Classy.

Anyway, this organization is just low class and belongs somewhere where their customers have no class or intellect. At least that way they would fit in.
