A couple of months ago I received several phone calls from Andrew Galinski, owner of Rise and Shine Mobile Detailing claiming someone referred him to me. After repeated attempts by Mr. Galinski, I had agreed to try his services for two limousines on a trade basis.
Not only had Andrew shown up late for his appointment, but the job that he did was the worst I ever had, and I've been having cars detailed for over 20 years. His associate only vacuumed the back of one of the limousines without shampooing as promised, cleaning the leather, and had not done the entire mirrored ceilings or the bar that goes from one end of the vehicle to the other. Later when I asked why he did not do the inside mirrors or bar, he claimed he didn't even know the limousine had them in it, which of course if ridiculous.
On the other limousine, I had to step out to pick up my son and when I arrived back 10 minutes later, both Andrew and his associate had left. I called Andrew immediately to find out how it was possible that he had detailed a limousine in only 10 minutes when it normally takes 3 hours for a regular sized car for a full detail. He had no answer. So my partner and I checked both cars out thoroughly to find out that not only were the insides not done, but they had patches of wax from bumper to bumper on both vehicles. On one limousine they had broken the decanter holder and on the other one they somehow detached the rubber trim on the inside of the trunk that keeps the inside from getting wet.
Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed with the services performed, yet still agreed to honor the trade that we had originally discussed. A month later I received an emailed invoice from Andrew for $225 which I responded to immediately. I have received since them two or three more within the past month which I also have responded to each time explaining my dissatisfaction yet still willing to honor the trade agreement.
As of this week Andrew is now making threats of small claims court and is slandering my company on the internet claiming that I refuse to pay $500 for said services even though I have his repeated emailed invoices showing $225.
This service was absolutely horrible but on top of it I now am forced to file a civil lawsuit against Andrew Galinski, owner and President of Rise and Shine Mobile Detailing.
