Sold damaged items, still waiting a year later

I ordered a set of European Style Tail Lights for my 2006 Hyundai Tiburon back in March or April. They were advertising on their website they were going to be avaible that January. I ordered them and after a month of not hearing anything from them, I tried several time to get ahold of them via phone and Email. After several Emails they finally returned my third or forth emai claiming there was a hold up in Customs overseas. So it would take an extra WEEK or so. A month later still nothing from them. I tried day after day calling them two to three times a day within their advertised time of business (11 am to 5 am pacific time).

Everytime I got through the man on the other line did not know what the hold up was for but he claims that they will be in within a week or so. They used this story for the next month or two. I finally received a set of the Taillight I ordered in September or October and they both were damaged. I called them back that night and actully got through to them the first time. He said he will put the claim through and the next set of ordered tail lights that came in he would sent them to me. He said it would be about three to four weeks. Two months later in Decmber I tried calling them back and again they said the order was being held up in customs. I decided to give them another two weeks and I tried to call them to cancel the order. I found another set on line, which I received in about a week and half. They have two phone line, one of which was turned off the other that rings three times and goes to voicemail. I've left two voicemail with no returned and I've also left an emails threatening to report them, they responded with a joke and left me again with no answer on where my tail lights were.By now I received my new set from another company. I Emailed them a total of four times since the last time I've heard of them to cancel the taillights, calling every other day with no success as well. My first email was a few days after the New Year and three more until my latest today February 10. I've have yet to recieved a response.
