I paid for a car they had for sell and after months of trying to get they told me the car did not exist

I purchased a car from DRS VW through a eBay auction. I agreed to pay extra money to complete the restoration of the car. I was supposed to recieve the title as soon as I sent in my money as a down payment, however I was never able to get this. After months of excuses I was told that the title and the car did not exist. I was never able to get the money I put down back. I posted about my bad experience on a message board where there are more details.
