So I purchased a car from this place and just after just 3 months of having it I had a tire blow out. I work here in Scottsdale and decided to take it there to see if they could replace my tire. The service guy there looked at it and said all of my tires were bad and suggested taking it back to them and tell them they should replace all of my tires. So I go down to the dealer ship thinking they would do the right thing and replace the tires... Boy I was wrong. The service guys there said he needed to talk to the Service Manager to get this approved. Well guess what he did not want to replace my tires even if I only had the car for three weeks. About a week ago I took the car in to have the oil changed and it turns out I need to change my transmission fluid out cause it was really bad. So know I have to spend about 200 for that not to include the tires I still need to get replaced. I still can't believe that they would not do anything and just brush me off like that. I would not recommend anyone to go to this Dealer ship and if you do make sure you take a good look at the car or have a mechanic look at it first... What a rip off!!!
